When my kids develop allergies and asthma when they're older, I'm hunting down and suing all our neighbors who smoke right outside the apartment and subject us to second hand smoke.
We had a similar problem our first year in the Bronx. Our neighbors below us would smoke out their window and it would sift right up to our floor. I actually brought Breyton down with me and asked them to stop (it wasn't allowed at the complex anyways). Fun memories!!!
I used to get so mad at the people who used to smoke outside my office door when I was pregnant with Michael. So rude. I asked one guy to stop & he said, "My wife smoked when she was pregnant and all our kids are fine." I'd have to meet them, but if they were anything like him, well, I beg to differ :)
Haha, yeah, we would ask, but almost every neighbor smokes so we woyld be going door-to-door. Many of them have kids, too. So frustrating. But we move in a month! To a house!
