Seven months

Our little man is not no little these days...he is getting so big! He's such a good little guy and we love him so much! In the headlines in the Badger home: He cut a tooth about two weeks ago, and we're pretty sure he's working on a second. He's really close to crawling, but we're ok if that still takes a while longer :)

Noah went on strike from solids for a couple weeks, and I felt like I'd tried just about everything with no success. I kept at it, though, and suddenly yesterday he decided he'd like to eat some squash--ONLY if I let him hold the spoon. We succeeded again today, but my already fiercely independent child wants to feed himself. Let's just say it gets messy...

We went down to Yorktown, Virginia, on the Fourth of July to watch the fireworks with some friends from church. Noah got to ride on Daddy's shoulders and he loved it--he especially liked eating Eric's hair :)

Us with our seven-month-old!

Noah actually did pretty well with the fireworks. He didn't love the loud bangs, but he liked the bright lights and colors.

I had a couple of videos to post, but Blogger doesn't like me right now. Lucky for many of you, you get to see him in real life pretty soon! Can't wait for our upcoming trip to see both the Badgers and the Washburns!

I can hardly wait to be able to hold the little guy! I'm sad we'll be missing Eric but having Noah here will be nearly like having his daddy here, too, because he looks like a little Eric!
