Parenthood discoveries

Things I didn't realize I should anticipate about being a parent:

Calluses on my hands from carrying Noah around in his car seat.
I knew HE would have a lot of laundry, but I didn't realize how much laundry Eric and I would have to do of our own because he gets us messy, too!
Eating out more often--I've never been one to eat out, but sometimes I just don't feel like making dinner, and Noah doesn't want to let me.

I'm sure I'll add to this list, but those were the things on my mind tonight!

Ah, yes, laundry at least doubles with each child.

Have you noticed one arm more muscular than the other? I got a big right muscle from carrying that dang carseat when Michael was a baby. I didn't find it attractive.

I carried the baby and let the dad carry the carseat.
