Biggest Loser

So this semester my office is having a "Biggest Loser" challenge--not necessarily to lose weight, but to improve our lifestyles to be more healthy. We get points each day for fulfilling the following requirements:
  • 30 minute workout
  • No soda or carbonation
  • No sweets
  • Daily vitamin
  • 64 oz. of water
  • No food after 7:30 p.m. (or within 3 hours of going to bed)
  • 7 hours of sleep
  • 5 servings of fruits/veggies
At the end of the week you can also get 3 points for each pound you lose. I don't think I'll worry about that...

It's funny because I sit near the water cooler and I've never seen so many people coming in and out. The fridge has a ton of fruit in it, and the cookies and Apple Beer left over from our party last week is still sitting there untouched. We're going to be a pretty healthy group by the end of April!

Okay, I'll put away my gumdrops and go get a drink of water. I'll accept the challenge, too.

You'd better not lose any weight, though. Eric needs something to hug and so do I.

Hey, Lou, if I spend 30 mins THINKING about how on earth I'll fit in exercise, does that count?

Lol. I count my walk to school some days--especially when I'm running late!

I just want to say that we should really let Amy win. She's getting pretty fat. It would really help her self esteem if we just let her win. Plus, she likes to win.

Mom, that sure was blunt. I might almost think Amy had commandeered your blogging identity again...

No, no. Amy would never do something like that.
